• The spacious cottage sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with dressing room and a large, stylish shower room.
• The south-facing lounge has views over the garden and a freeview LCD television, radio, CD/DVD player, books, magazines, games and jigsaws. Wifi is also available.
• The large, farmhouse kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave has all the utensils, crockery and cutlery necessary to make your stay as straightforward as possible.
• The garden room is a real suntrap as well as being perfect pet space. A washing machine and tumble drier are both located here.
• Outside there is ample parking space and our large south-facing garden (not enclosed) complete with patio and picnic table is available for use by our guests.

Arrival & Departure Times
The Cottage is available from 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. The key can be collected from us in the farmhouse. Please let us know if you think you may be arriving later than 10pm.
We ask our guests to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit will be charged to secure your booking (payable within three days) with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Bookings made within one month of the date of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: - for cancellations received more than one month prior to the arrival date, the deposit with be forfeited. For cancellations received within one month of the arrival date, 100% (all) of the cost of the accommodation will be forfeited. Any adjustments to these terms in relation to the re-letting of the property will be at the discretion of the proprietors. Guests are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
