Sociable, open plan living in a modern timber lodge with panoramic countryside views
• The lodge sleeps 4 in two cosy bedrooms (double and twin) with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.
• The airy, spacious living area provides a freeview digital television with integrated DVD player as well as books, magazines, jigsaws and games for a rainy day. Wifi is also available.
• The newly refurbished, well-planned and equipped dining kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
• The bathroom has a small bath (ideal for toddlers and babies) with shower over and also houses the washer/drier.
• The south facing veranda overlooks your own garden area (not enclosed) with open fields beyond. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided for dining alfresco.
• There is ample car parking space outside the lodge.

Arrival & Departure Times
The Lodge is available from 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. The key can be collected from us in the farmhouse. Please let us know if you think you may be arriving later than 10pm.
We ask our guests to vacate the lodge by 10am on the day of departure.
Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit will be charged to secure your booking (payable within three days) with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Bookings made within one month of the date of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: - for cancellations received more than one month prior to the arrival date, the deposit with be forfeited. For cancellations received within one month of the arrival date, 100% (all) of the cost of the accommodation will be forfeited. Any adjustments to these terms in relation to the re-letting of the property will be at the discretion of the proprietors. Guests are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
