Arrival & Departure Times

The lodge is available from 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. The key can be collected from us in the farmhouse. Please let us know if you think you may be arriving later than 10pm.
We ask our guests to vacate the lodge by 10am on the day of departure.

Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable 20% deposit will be charged to secure your booking (payable within 3 days) with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Bookings made within one month of the date of arrival must be paid in full.

Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: - for cancellations received more than one month prior to the arrival date, the deposit with be forfeited. For cancellations received within one month of the arrival date, 100% (all) of the cost of the accommodation will be forfeited. Any adjustments to these terms in relation to the re-letting of the property will be at the discretion of the proprietors. Guests are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
